Rabbits Forest School

It was so windy this week that lots of small branches had fallen off our Willow trees. We decided to collect them and make them into Christmas wreaths . It was quite tricky but they looked great decorating our Willow tunnel. More photos of our activities can be seen in our Forest School scrapbook in our classroom.

As part of this terms topic “Let’s celebrate”we have been learning about Diwali. We learned about Rama and Sita and made Diva lamps like the ones that guided them home in the story.

Poppies for Remembrance Day

In Hedgehogs class we learned about why people wear poppies in November. We made our own stained glass window poppies with tissue paper. They looked very special on our classroom window with the light shining through.

Rabbits Forest School – November 2018

In the Rabbits’ class we enjoyed collecting lots of fallen leaves. We used the leaves to make a maze.
