Sports Premium

The Government is providing funding for primary schools to spend on improving the quality of sport and PE for all their children. Schools have the freedom to choose how they to do this; possible uses for the funding include:

1. to increase the skill level of staff in the delivery of quality PE teaching
2. to increase the purposeful, active provision during lunch/breaktimes
3. to hire specialist PE Teachers or qualified sports coaches to work alongside teachers
4. to facilitate Change4Life sports clubs
5. to purchase quality materials/resources for PE/Sport
