Misinformation or Disinformation?

• Misinformation: False or misleading information shared without the intent to cause harm. For example, someone might share an inaccurate news story because they believe it to be true.

• Disinformation: False information deliberately created and spread to mislead or deceive, often with harmful intent. This can be used to spread hatred or support conspiracy theories.
