What have we been learning in Term 4?

British Science Week. During our Science Day we made lots of connections between what we see and do and things that happen. In the morning we looked at our skeleton, found out the best material for conducting sound, and washed our hands with different types of soap to see how quickly mould develops! During the afternoon we explored what happens when yeast is mixed with sugar and warm water. We observed a balloon closely and found out that the larger it got, the more gas was being produced from the growing yeast.

Today we celebrated World Book Day by wearing our pyjamas to listen to some bedtime stories. The teachers and children shared their favourite books. The children enjoyed showing their wooden spoon characters to their peers.
